I took a walk to try to ease my mind and get over your goodbyes. Though I know you're in a better place, surely God must know I want you back. Later that night I shed a tear, the one I've been saving for you and I could cry anymore after that. I felt asleep in my bed hearing you say good night and then it happened, I felt my heart break. Too hurt to move, too scared to talk, now I really want you back. Nobody else feel this pain I conceal inside, not even you, because you're up in Heaven and I'm down here needing you.
