I remember a hardworking and dedicated gentleman who gave his all. His support and enthusiasm for ensuring that the services at the Institute run smoothly was legendary. With him as Head of Maintenance Department, the load of the Director and other administrative heads were considerably lightened as he ensured that the buildings, plant, equipment and everything else were in tip top shape at all times.

He was an affable gentleman and extended his gentleness, care and sincere advice to all. It’s still shocking and difficult to come to terms with his sudden demise. However, we continue to trust that he is in a better place.

May the Lord wipe the tears away from the wife, children and the entire family for this irreparable loss and may He grant Ataa Lamptey eternal rest in His bosom.
