We did not have the pleasure of knowing Florence for long, but she and Mike were such a wonderful, caring couple. I am just so blessed to have met her at all, and her memory will always be within my heart, what a truly joyous person she was ❤️

I'm still shocked and saddened by the news of Aunty Florence's passing.. What a remarkable woman. Aunty Florence was the first person to tell me about thermal underwear when I struggled to cope with the British weather, and it made such a difference. My first Christmas in the UK was in the home of Uncle Mike, Aunty Florence and family - a time I will cherish forever. They made me feel so welcome.

My daughters still remember the Victorian doll Aunty Florence gifted them when we visited in Milton Keynes. Aunty Florence had quite an amazing collection of them!

Of course I remember Aunty Florence's amazing cooking. She always had such fabulous recipes.

Oh Aunty Florence, we will miss your laughter, your stylishness, your generosity and your warm heart. Rest in peace and may all of us find comfort in the precious memories you've left for us.
