It is a privilege knowing you for all these years. You were a blessing to all who got to know you. Thank God for lending you to us. You will forever remain in our memories.
May your soul rest in perfect peace.

“When peace like a river…”. Every Sunday afternoon whenever I pick my phone up, the first name that comes into mind is his name. We were talking every Sunday and whenever I miss a Sunday without calling, the next week when I call he will just respond with “oh Papayaw”. We shared a lot of memories together in the last 13 years. I will forever be grateful for his counsel, direction and encouragement. His sense of humour was just out of this world, who wouldn’t crack or laugh around him? Our selfish self would have preferred to still have him around, but he needed the rest. He fought a good fight. Death may be thinking he won, but no, Papa won the fight and I know wherever he is right now, he is comfortable resting. Damerifa due!

Tribute by the Saah Family to Our Dearly Loved Uncle, Fred Carr a.k.a Wofa Kwame Ebu
Psalm 23:6: Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever!
With heavy and contrite hearts we pay tribute and honor to a truly remarkable man whose love, kindness and affection touched our lives deeply. You were more than an uncle to us—you were a father figure, mentor, protector, and constant source of unconditional love and inspiration.
You welcomed us into your home with open arms and always made us feel we belonged. You saw to our utmost comfort firstly through your good counsel, hosting us at home, gifts for every ocassion.
Your charitable acts to the Methodist Church in Obuasi especially the Widows and your generosity to everyone who made your acquaintance remain forever etched in our hearts.
The moments we shared with you are treasures we will always hold dear. You taught us that true wealth is found in love, kindness, and the lives we touch. We will forever be grateful for the example you set and the love you gave so freely.
Though your absence leaves a deep void, we take comfort in the fact that your legacy will be sustained and manifested through the values you demonstrated and inculcated in us.
May God grant you eternal rest and everlasting peace. May the angels receive you with joy, and may you rest in the loving embrace of our Heavenly Father.
Rest peacefully, dear Uncle Fred. Until we meet again, we will carry your love in our hearts forever.
