Mrs Agnes Cole, affectionately known to many as Auntie Aggie, was a true pillar of the Ghana-Thamesmead Association in London. Her home was always open, her welcome always warm, and her generosity knew no bounds. She brought our community together time and time again, especially through the joyful Christmas gatherings she hosted- moments filled with laughter, unity and love.
Her hearty laughter could brighten any room, and her presence made every occasion memorable.
Auntie Aggie was kind and compassionate woman who supported countless Ghanaians facing accommodation challenges, helping them find decent places to live and thrive. Her impact on our community is immeasurable.
Auntie, I will deeply miss our long telephone conversations and the prayers that always concluded them. Your wisdom, warmth and kindness will remain with me forever.
You will always be remembered and forever live in our hearts.
Farewell thee well, and rest peacefully in the Lord.
With love,
Akua Acheampong.

Mrs Agnes Cole as I knew her was a principled woman whose life was guided by integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of purpose. She stood firmly by her values and treated everyone with fairness and respect. Her wisdom, kindness, and unwavering character was admirable.
Though she is no longer with us, the impact of her life will continue to be felt by her family, friends, and all whose paths she crossed. May her soul rest in perfect peace.
