Fare thee well Richard to Elaine and members of the mourning family please accept my sincere condolences. When the history of Ghana Raiilway Development is written your name will boldly written in indelible ink. It is a cruel irony of life that you did not live long to see all your hard work come to fruition.

I remembered Chief Richard Diedong Dombo as an action driven man who is focused and aim oriented. I got know him over the short period of my working with him as staff of Ghana Railway Development Authority. He interviewed me with interesting questions which at a point got me intimidated. Though I answered most of his questions but there was one particular question I couldn't get right and he was like let me skip it .

Finally after I got the job I got to meet him again for orientation and he sound differently looking rather like a father compared to how I was grilled by him on the interview panel by him.

Furthermore , I appreciate Mr Richard Diedong Dombo for his Stewardship and his sense of dignity. Richard Dombo was my boss, my father . Your sudden demise(Richard Diedong Dombo) was a big blow to the nation and Ghana Railway Development Authority.

Nevertheless , who are we to question God, for his ways are not our ways neither are his thoughts our thoughts.
Wherever you're rest well in peace till we all meet again.
