Mrs Evelyn Tay was a very kind and soft spoken woman. However she was a hardworking person who knew how to get maximum support for any worthy cause. Exactly what she did for the Plastic Surgery Centre at its beginning. The written history of the centre will not be complete without the her name because of her input. Personally this is how I saw Mrs Tay.
