Farewell thee Alex Aboagye, one of the greatest men and pillars in our African society.

You truly touched us in Uganda with your humility, dedication, words of wisdom that you imparted selflessly. Am amazed at how as a Senior manager you still managed to stay the simplest man that connected with everyone with your signature smile . It was always easy to sit with you and chat about work, family, God or anything else.

As they say, it is not the accomplishments that people remember us for but how we make them feel. You made us feel great!

We shall always celebrate you! We shall forever miss you.

It's sad hearing the news but I thank the Lord for your mentorship while in Uganda. As a Senior UNDP official with high intelligence, you were a down to earth person who made it fun working with you. I aspire to get a PhD and emulate your simple personality. We celebrate you.
